A delicious blend of chicken, mushrooms, sherry, and sour cream sprinkle with a touch of paprika
Original recipe called for 4-6 chicken breasts with skin. It also indicated to cook for 1 1/4 hours. Double check to make sure chicken is cooked after 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. Chicken Breasts Halves boneless, skinless
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Sliced Mushrooms and liquid (4-oz.)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Sherry
- Paprika
Directions
- Place chicken breasts, in an 11-inch by 7-inch baking dish.
- Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and sherry.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle generously with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until tender. Serve with hot fluffy rice.
