Chicken Parisienne

A delicious blend of chicken, mushrooms, sherry, and sour cream sprinkle with a touch of paprika

Original recipe called for 4-6 chicken breasts with skin. It also indicated to cook for 1 1/4 hours. Double check to make sure chicken is cooked after 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. Chicken Breasts Halves boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Sliced Mushrooms and liquid (4-oz.)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sherry
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts, in an 11-inch by 7-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and sherry.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until tender. Serve with hot fluffy rice.
